‎Turkish champions Galatasaray have reportedly rejected a €125 million offer for Nigerian international Victor Osimhen, signaling their determination to retain the prolific striker despite mounting interest from several top European clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

‎According to reports from Turkish outlet Forza Cimbom, the offer was swiftly declined by the Istanbul-based club. The development comes shortly after Galatasaray reportedly turned down a separate €120 million approach from Spanish side Atletico Madrid.

‎Osimhen continues to attract significant attention across Europe, with Manchester United, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid all monitoring his situation closely. However, Galatasaray are understood to be standing firm on their valuation of the Super Eagles forward and remain unwilling to negotiate below their preferred terms.

‎The club's confidence in retaining the Nigerian striker is largely driven by his outstanding performances since arriving in Turkey. Osimhen has established himself as one of the most influential forwards in the Turkish Süper Lig and a key figure in Galatasaray's domestic and European ambitions.

‎Since joining the club, the former Napoli star has scored an impressive 59 goals in 74 appearances across all competitions. This season alone, he has registered 15 league goals and five assists in 22 matches, while also contributing seven goals and three assists in 10 UEFA Champions League appearances before Galatasaray's elimination by Liverpool in the Round of 16.

‎Galatasaray's determination to keep Osimhen has been strengthened by the anticipated departure of Argentine striker Mauro Icardi, whose contract is expected to expire at the end of June. Club officials reportedly view the simultaneous loss of both forwards as a significant risk to their attacking strength ahead of the new campaign.

‎The Turkish giants are aiming to maintain their dominance in the Süper Lig while making a deeper impact in European competitions next season, making Osimhen's continued presence a strategic priority.

‎Although Osimhen has repeatedly expressed his appreciation for life in Istanbul and spoken positively about his experience at Galatasaray, persistent interest from some of Europe's biggest clubs means speculation surrounding his future is likely to continue throughout the transfer window.

‎For now, Galatasaray's position remains clear: the Nigerian forward remains central to their plans, and any club hoping to secure his services will have to meet the club's valuation and convince them to part with one of their most valuable assets.
