It is with great delight and profound gratitude that the Management and Staff of Inside Agwa News (IAN) warmly felicitate with an illustrious son of Agwa, an octogenarian, pathfinder, community leader and lover of humanity, Chief Sir Prof. Godfrey Ahaoma-Alozie Obodo, on the occasion of his 85th birthday, celebrated on August 15, 2026.
Prof. Obodo, the revered Chief Odirioha Mma I of Agwa, has devoted a significant part of his life to the advancement of education, human development and community service. Through his contributions and enduring commitment to humanity, he has touched many lives and contributed meaningfully to the growth and development of society.
As a distinguished son of Agwa, cultural custodian, community leader, educationist and a devoted servant of God, his life of service remains worthy of celebration and emulation. His prestigious status as a Knight of St. John International (KSJI) further reflects his commitment to faith, service and humanity.
The Management and Staff of Inside Agwa News join his family, friends, associates and well-wishers across Agwa and beyond in celebrating this remarkable milestone.
